Wycombe indie Book Fair-Interest Form
We’re ready to start organising Wycombe Indie Book Fair 2026 and we’re open to applications for tables from fantasy authors.
We welcome applications from Independent Authors and Illustrators who have books published in the fantasy genre.
The tables will be £30.

Important Info:
-We want to showcase independent fantasy authors promoting their own work (including those written under different pen names).
-The table sizes are standard 6 foot table- to avoid overcrowding we are limiting to one free standing banner (or display) per attendee.
-Strictly No AI- If you’ve used generative AI in any aspect of your writing, including covers and merchandise we will not be able to offer you a table at the fair.
If you wish to cancel your place at the fair we require at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event. If you are unable to provide this we will not be able to issue a refund of the table cost.
-We will confirm your attendance as soon as possible. Following confirmation we will send over details to make payment. Payment and proof of public liability insurance will be required to confirm a table.
-We do require public liability insurance, we have insurance in place and prefer authors to have this in place also. Attendees must comply with health and safety rules of venue which we will share on the day.
-We handle your data within the principles of GDPR and keep no details beyond the date of the fair.
